Due to the nature of our products and for the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any purchases unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
We understand that selecting the right products for your skincare needs can be challenging. We're here to answer any questions you may have and assist you in choosing the perfect products tailored to your preferences.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours at info@oxomobody.com. To expedite the process, kindly provide photos of the damaged or defective items along with your order number. Our team will promptly review your case and provide a suitable resolution.
Please make sure to double check your shipping address when placing an order. If your package is returned due to an invalid/incorrect address, a new shipping fee will need to be paid in order to re-ship your items. If your order is returned to us we will reach you via email or phone to confirm updated address info. If we do not receive a response from you with updated address information within 2 weeks, we will refund you and charge a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping fees are non-refundable
